Panquecas Vegan (sem ovo)/ Eggless Pancakes (no eggs)
- 1 Chávena de leite vegetal
- 4 colheres de sopa de farinha
- 1 colher de sopa de açúcar Amarelo
- 1 colher de chá de fermento
- 1 colher de chá de essência de baunilha
- 2 colheres de sopa de óleo de coco
- 1 pitada de sal
Sometimes it’s nice not to have certain ingredients at home. I didn’t have any eggs, but I was in the mood for pancakes. These are what I ended up with—they’re not bad. They’re not as fluffy as the others, but overall, they’re a hit.
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 1 pinch of salt
It’s quite simple: combine all the liquid ingredients and mix well. Finally, gently fold in all the dry ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
Spoon the batter in small mounds into a nonstick skillet and flip them after 2 minutes. Repeat the process until all the batter is used up.
